The flight in to St. Thomas was very pleasant. Both pilots were Captains and older experienced guys who looked like class A car salesmen. We had a much better landing than last time we landed here…hardest landing I ever experienced…One pilot screamed to the other…”look how short this runway is” the other replied “But its soooo wide”
We were flying on an old 757 that still had that extra inch of leg room. And the plane wasn’t full and the baby on board was quiet and the two dogs were well sedated and slept in the overhead bins quite nicely.
The hotel was a little tired but ok and fine for a one nighter after a flight.
