Monday December 7th, 2015
Today I am going to begin volunteering to help kids with their reading. Some of the cruisers volunteer on Mondays and Fridays to go to the library and individually help some of the kids from the school next door. Membership at the Georgetown Library is $3 for the year and they have a surprising selection of books.
Yesterday we went walk about on the other side of the island. Here are just a few pics from over there.
This is the anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. We must remember the horror of war in the hope that we can keep wars from happening… We must also remember all those that served and sacrificed.
